Ruth Traylor, IIDA
Interiors and FF&E
Ruth is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design. Having worked for architecture and design firms in both Dallas and Columbia, Missouri, she brings significant experience in commercial interior design to the Tittle Luther design team. She has worked as the project designer for a wide range of projects, including healthcare, corporate, educational, and financial institutions. Since moving to Abilene, she also taught in the interior design program at Abilene Christian University as adjunct lab instructor.
Major Projects
Howard Payne University, Interior design and FF&E services for the renovations to the existing Chapel and Conference Center.
Hardin-Simmons University, Interior design services for the renovation of the existing President’s Residence. Work included selection of new finishes/colors.
Hendrick Medical Center, Interior design and FF&E services for for a 230,000 SF, $54,000,000 addition and renovation project. Project is designed to combine all inpatient and outpatient surgery into a new surgical suite and associated spaces. Additionally to work included medical office space, a pediatric and dialysis suite.
Abilene Country Club, Interior design and FF&E services for additions and renovations to the existing club building.
Abilene Teacher’s Federal Credit Union, Interior design and FF&E services for this new 30,400 SF banking facility.
