Zone Luce Building
Abilene Christian University
The Tittle Luther Partnership participated with ACU in the complete interior and exterior renovation to the historic Zona Luce building. Built in 1929 as Zona Luce Hall as an on-campus elementary school and high school facility, the building was re-purposed to serve the new home of the University’s Department of Agriculture and Environment.
The interior work included an historically sensitive update of the buildings administrative and classroom spaces that would also address state of the art laboratories and technology systems. The exterior of the building was cleaned and all windows and exterior doors were replaced with new energy efficient systems.
The building provides administrative and instructional spaces to support its impressive program offerings. Spaces are provided for General Academic classrooms and administrative spaces.
